Amaravati Foundation is a charitable trust working in higher education and healthcare support. By using this website, the virtual office, our forms or our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of services
- We provide guidance, facilitation and coordination. Admission decisions rest solely with universities; visa and passport decisions rest with the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas or outcomes.
- Healthcare support is facilitation only. We are not a hospital or medical provider; diagnosis and treatment are the responsibility of the treating hospital and doctors.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide true, complete and current information and documents.
- Do not submit forged or misleading documents; we will withdraw support and may inform the institution concerned.
- Use the virtual office and chat respectfully; abusive conduct may lead to blocked access.
4. No fees to students & anti-fraud notice
We do not charge students for admissions guidance. Never pay anyone claiming to be from the Trust for an “admission guarantee”. Contributions to the Trust are made only to the bank account or PayPal link shown on this website.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary and applied to the Trust's charitable objects at its discretion, and are governed by our Refund Policy. Tax-exemption receipts are issued only where the Trust holds a valid registration for the purpose; please ask us before donating if you need one.
6. Third-party services
Forms are hosted by Zoho, payments by PayPal and banks, and meetings by Zoom. Their own terms apply when you use them.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, the name and logo of Amaravati Foundation belong to the Trust and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Trust is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by universities, hospitals, authorities or other third parties.
